Can I buy from you online?
Yes you can. Our online shop features a selection of our most popular lines and special offers which can be purchased online for home delivery – within a specified distance from our showroom. Products ordered online can be delivered direct to your home if you live within our delivery zone areas or collected in person from our Walton-on-Thames showroom. Do you have products in stock for immediate collection?
Yes, having large warehouse facilities adjacent to our showroom means we are able to offer a large choice of stocked products at great prices. We’ve got hundreds of carpet rolls, vinyl, Amtico, wood floors, laminate, rugs and artificial grass all ready for immediate collection. And we will always do our best to get non-stocked products supplied as quickly as possible as we have great relationships with the manufacturers we use.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
We stock a wide range of brands and each manufacturer offers different guarantees which apply to your products. Before you place your order we discuss this with you so you know the specific guarantee that applies to the products you are purchasing.
Can you bring samples to my home?
If you are unable to visit the showroom, or want to make a final decision with sample packs in your home let our team know the products you are interested in and they can bring them to you as part of the home survey service.
Will you remove my old flooring?
Yes, removal of your old floors, and if any subfloor preparation is required ahead of your new floors being laid, will all be included in the fitting quote we provide. There will be no hidden extras.
Do you fit flooring?
Yes we have an expert team of in-house carpet and floor fitters ready to install your new flooring. Choose from our stocked ranges and your floors could be fitted in a matter of days. But we will also work around your timeline to find the best day and time that suits you to lay your floors. Our fitting service is an extra cost and we will advise you of this when you visit our showroom or we complete a home survey. We install flooring across Surrey, London and the South East including Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Esher, Hersham, Woking, Surbiton, Kingston, Shepperton, Staines, Camberley, Byfleet, Molesey, Cobham, Guildford, Oxshott, Wimbledon and beyond.
Do I need to bring measurements with me when I visit?
We are happy to visit your home and complete a full measure and installation survey before you go ahead with your order. However it’s useful if you visit with approximate measurements so we can give you a close guide on the final price. Just measure the widest and longest points of the room first. Then look at the shape of the space. Take into account any indentations, such as bay windows or alcoves. If you make a little plan and mark up the dimensions, locations of doors etc. – this is ideal.
What flooring products do you offer?
Our showroom is vast and we offer a wide range of flooring types in a huge range of styles. In store you will find 1000’s of carpets, real wood floors, laminate wood floors, vinyl flooring, luxury vinyl flooring, concrete flooring, rugs and even artificial grass to choose from.
What bed products do you offer?
Our bed centre is located on the first floor of our Walton-on-Thames showroom. Here you will find a huge choice of beds – divan and frame styles – mattresses, bedroom furniture and accessories including mattress protectors and pillows.
What are your prices?
Whatever your budget we are confident that you will find a great product to match as we offer such a wide choice. Our unique warehouse facilities mean we often buy popular products in bulk and can pass on these savings to you. If your budget is small our end-of-line and remnant carpet and vinyl rolls are a great place to start.
Do I need underlay with my carpet?
Even the best carpet isn’t at its best without underlay so we always recommend underlay. It helps to create an even foundation if there are irregularities in the subfloor. It also acts as a sound-reducing barrier and reduces energy waste. Plus, it helps your flooring last longer as there’s less friction and wear and tear between the carpet and the subflooring. We can help you to choose the right underlay for your floor.
