While our showroom is closed to general browsing we do remain open during lockdown supporting home, commercial and trade project requirements in line with Government Guidelines, and all services remain in place including home surveys, fitting services, deliveries and warehouse collections following our Covid Secure procedures.
Our showroom is not available for general browsing at this time, but we remain open to serve click and collect orders, order enquiries and placement and our warehouse and trade counter operations continue. We are following Covid Secure Guidelines and social distancing measures are in place to ensure a safe environment and face masks must be worn during any visits, unless you are exempt on health grounds. Our team are available to serve and discuss your requirements 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5.30pm on Saturday.
Home surveys and installation
We can visit your home to complete free home surveys, show you product samples and complete your new carpet and flooring installations, but understandably we are asking for your assistance to work with us so that customer and staff well-being is maintained at all times and social distancing is adhered to at all times.
Anyone from Vincent Flooring visiting customer homes completes a health check every morning to make sure they are feeling fit and well and showing no COVID-19 symptoms, and also confirm they have not been in contact with anyone who has shown symptoms.
We will let you know in advance if we have to alter the dates or time slots we have arranged for you due to any staff self-isolation.
When they arrive at your home they will have sanitised their hands and we also supply all staff members working in homes with protective face masks to wear during their visit.
All of our team are instructed to follow Government and Public Health England guidelines and maintain at least a 1 metre plus distance from you and your family while they are in your home. You’ll still get our friendly service, but it’s an important measure to keep us all safe.
We would also appreciate it if you are able to stay out of the room while our team is measuring or fitting your products as they will be moving all over the room and will need to move about freely.
If you’re self isolating or feel you have symptoms please do let us know by calling us as soon as possible and we’ll give you the time you need to fully recover before rescheduling another appointment date.
Our team are available to offer you all the help you need over the phone and by email, answer questions, email product information and provide quotations. We can send you photos of any specific items you are interested in and can also offer face to face virtual consultations including video tours of the showroom or specific product ranges.
Earlier this year we launched our new online shop giving you access to some of our most popular stocked products and special offers to buy from the comfort of your home for direct home delivery.
You can still order free samples where available, and if you are looking for something not currently in our online shop give us a call and where possible we can try and arrange delivery of some samples to your home if you are unable to visit the showroom.

Our delivery team are instructed to follow social distancing guidelines to reduce close contact. They will complete kerbside deliveries following new procedures to not enter individual properties to help maintain less social contact and will keep at least a 2 metre distance at all times.
Once they have stepped back from your delivery please check your order and use your own pen to sign and accept the order form that will be left on top of your goods. If you are unable to do this your verbal agreement will be considered a signature that your order is correct and accepted.
All of our delivery team are following strict hygiene practises including using hand sanitiser before and after moving each delivery order and wearing new disposable gloves for each delivery drop.

We are also providing a collection service from our Walton-on-Thames warehouse adjacent to our showroom. We just need you to follow these procedures if you are making arrangements to collect your orders.
Once you order is placed we will let you know when it will be available for you to collect. At that time please confirm the day and approximate time you will be collecting your order and we will ensure it is ready for your arrival.
On arrival to our car park please wait inside your vehicle and call us on 01932 241448 to let us you know that you have arrived.
One of our warehouse operators will bring your order out to the car park. Once you have the thumbs up please check your order. Ideally we ask you to bring your own pen to sign and accept the order form that will be left on top of your goods. If you are unable to do this your verbal agreement will be considered a signature that your order is correct and accepted.
We then ask that you load the goods into your vehicle yourself (we can offer a forklift service if suitable) and leave.
Social distancing of at least 2 metres will be adhered to at all times and all of our warehouse team are following strict hygiene practises including hand washing before and after packing each order and before and after moving each order to the car park for your collection.
