Measuring
Measuring is a crucial part of our service because it allows us to assess the site and provide you with a proper quotation that reflects the true nature of the job.

Most flooring companies send out estimators who are not experienced fitters so they do not always appreciate the practical side of the job. We ensure your job is measured up by the person who will fit your flooring and so he will be aware of all issues related to the nature of your property and its layout. Fitting
We have a first-class fitting team that we have been using for many years and during that time we have established an excellent working relationship with them. They have vast experience and we know their quality and reliability is unmatched because we see the quality of their work every day.

Aftercare
We make aftercare absolutely fuss-free because we have a dedicated team member who deals with it and he is your single point of contact should there be any problem with one of our flooring products.

On the rare occasions where there is a problem, an inspector will be sent out to personally view the situation. He will report back on the issue and the appropriate remedial course of action will be taken.
